Hioki Group Policy Established to Promote Integrated Group Management for Achieving Long-Term Management Policy "Vision 2030"
Nagano, Japan, 1st December 2025 – Hioki E.E. Corporation has established the "Hioki Group Policy" with the aim of promoting integrated group management and has published it on the company's website.
Long-term Management Policy: Vision 2030
In 2020, we announced our long-term management policy: Vision 2030. In which we formulated our Mission “To contribute to stability and development of society by promoting customers’ safe and effective use of energy through electrical measurement” and our Vision: “‘Beyond Measure,’ as an industry front runner, Hioki will become a solution creator that helps forge a sustainable society together with customers worldwide by continuing to evolve what it means to ‘measure.’”

Promoting Integrated Group Management
In our "Vision 2030," we committed to contributing to customers worldwide. However, the perspectives on a sustainable society and the pathways to achieve it vary by country and region. We recognize that it is indispensable for the entire HIOKI Group, which operates globally, to establish a framework that allows us to link common strategies and values, and respond quickly and accurately to diversifying market needs and societal demands. Based on this understanding, we have been advocating for "Integrated Group Management" since 2025.
Purpose and Significance of Establishing the Group Policy
Based on the HIOKI philosophy, we have articulated the fundamental management stance and principles for the entire HIOKI Group as the "HIOKI Group Policy." This policy is disclosed as a statement of management intent common to all Group companies worldwide, serving as a guideline for action across the entire Group. Based on this Group Policy, we will strengthen Group Governance and aim for the sustained enhancement of corporate value from a long-term perspective.
