Whistleblowing

  • We provide an environment in which employees and stakeholders can report legal violations or ethically problematic conduct through the Whistleblowing System.
  • We ask that anyone who becomes aware of any suspicious behavior or signs of corruption report it promptly through the Whistleblower System.
  • We promptly and fairly investigate whistleblower reports and take appropriate action.
  • We protect the anonymity of whistleblowers and ensure they do not face any disadvantages or retaliation.

  • We do not permit any actions that violate competition laws, including resale price restraints and tying sales.

Fair Trade

  • We comply with the unfair competition prevention laws and regulations of each country and region, and will not permit any conduct that unreasonably interferes with the business activities of other companies.
  • We ensure that strict action will be taken against illegal activities in any and all transactions.
  • We prohibit the abuse of a superior position and strive to build fair and transparent relationships with our stakeholders.
  • We support the framework of the international collaboration on security, including non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and ensure that transactions are conducted with by clear identification of counterparties and the intended use.
  • We do not tolerate any inappropriate entertainment or gifts with business partners, or any relationship with antisocial forces.
  • We hope that all stakeholders will share the Hioki Group Policy and work together with us towards its implementation.
