We will be making partial amendments to the my HIOKI Member Agreement, effective July 1, 2026 (Wed.).

Changes

The following 2 items regarding product ownership and registration authorization will be added to Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct While Using the Service):

• 4. Registering a product not owned by you, or a product for which you have not obtained the owner's permission to register, as a "Registered Products".
• 5. Continuing to use the Service while a product remains registered as a "Registered Products" after you have lost ownership of it, or where you have not obtained the owner's permission to use the Service in connection with the product.

In addition, the same amendments will be made to the Gennect Cloud Terms of Service (Article 16) on the same date. The revised agreements are available here. The revised agreements will be available below from July 1, 2026.

Please note that continued use of the Service after the effective date will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Member Agreement.
