Hioki Earns “Best Workplace” Recognition for Second Consecutive Year at D&I AWARD 2025
Hioki is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a “Best Workplace,” the highest level of recognition in the D&I AWARD 2025, organized by JobRainbow. This marks the second consecutive year that Hioki has received this distinction, reaffirming the company’s sustained commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) as a core component of its long-term management strategy.
In the 2025 evaluation, Hioki achieved a score of 87 out of 100, an improvement from 83 points in the previous year. The higher score reflects continued progress in strengthening support for employees with disabilities, enhancing inclusion of foreign-national staff, and expanding childcare and caregiving-related initiatives.
About the D&I AWARD
Established in 2021, the D&I AWARD is Japan’s largest recognition program for organizations advancing Diversity & Inclusion. The program aims to accelerate the integration of D&I into corporate management and contribute to the realization of a society where diversity is valued as a source of sustainable growth.
Companies are assessed using JobRainbow’s proprietary “Diversity Score,” which evaluates initiatives across five focus areas: Gender Gap, LGBTQ+, Disabilities, Multicultural Coexistence, and Childcare & Caregiving. Based on performance, organizations are classified into one of four levels: Beginner, Standard, Advanced, and Best Workplace.
