Based on our corporate philosophy of "Respect for Humanity" and "Contribution to Society," we have taken various measures to improve the workplace and job satisfaction. Since the introduction of our long-term management policy, Vision2030, in 2020, we have shifted focus to respecting each individual’s sense of purpose (their will to do something, realize goals, take on challenges, make contributions), and career autonomy support tailored to each employee. These initiatives encourage employee growth, which in turn leads to increased motivation and the growth of the company.
Hioki Group will continue to pursue job satisfaction for its employees, promote customers' safe and effective use of energy through electrical measurement, and contribute to the security and development of society.
