Hioki Extends Warranty Period for 400 Products to 3 Years

Hioki is pleased to announce that it has extended the warranty period for approximately 400 additional products from one year to three. The extension was made possible by the company’s ongoing efforts to improve the performance of the newly added products, including following their launch. The new coverage will apply to products shipped on or after April 1, 2018.
Combined with the roughly 350 field measuring instruments for which Hioki already offered a three-year warranty, the expansion in coverage means the company offers a three-year warranty for almost all of its products (approximately 750)—everything other than automatic testing equipment and options.

Hioki guarantees that covered products will satisfy applicable functional and performance specifications for a period of three years when used under normal operating conditions. In the event a product malfunctions, the company will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new product. Three-year coverage means that customers purchasing Hioki products will be able to use them with even greater peace of mind.
