[Non-conformance]
If the following settings of (1) and (2) are used, the contact check may judge incorrectly by the combination of electrostatic capacity, OPEN compensation value and contact check threshold.
(1) The DUT capacitance of the contact check (WORK.C) is set to LOW.
(2) “OPEN compensation value of fixture” > “Contact check judgment threshold”

Sub SPU: V3.01
Shipped or repaired from October, 2020 to January, 2022
Note: Main CPU V1.00 to V1.06 is not subjected to this non-conformance.
(2) SM7420
Main CPU: V2.00
Sub SPU: V3.00
Shipped or repaired from July, 2019 to January, 2022
Note: Main CPU V1.00 to V1.02 is not subjected to this non-conformance.
The firmware version can be confirmed in [INFO] screen.
[Countermeasure]
Please download the firmware to update the firmware (Sub CPU) to V3.02 or later.
1. Ddownload the firmware update file (ZIP file) from “myHIOKI - download” on our web site.
2. Extract the ZIP file and update according to the firmware update manual.
