QI cannot install the LR5000 Utility on my Windows10 PC. The .NET Framework 4.7 is already installed, but ".NET Framework 2.0 is necessary." appears.

To use the LR5000 Utility on Windows 10, the .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5 is required.
Version 3.5 is usually disabled on Windows 10.

Also, please make sure to install the Device Driver for LR5051/LR5092 (USB driver).
