Cable length appears longer than the actual length (LAN Cable HiTester)
QI'm using the Hioki LAN Cable HiTester 3665-20. Sometimes the measured cable length is displayed longer than the actual cable length. What is the reason?

Is the cable to be measured a stranded wire?
Due to the measurement principle, the cable length may be displayed longer in the case of stranded wires.
The measurable range is from 2 m to 300 m. Therefore, cables with shorter length will result in a large error.
