Effect of input impedance to use with an oscilloscope [Clamp on Probes, Clamp on Sensors]
QI would like to use the Clamp on Probe or Clamp on Sensor with an oscilloscope which can be figured to select the input impedance to 1M-ohm or 50 ohm. Which impedance is appropriate to use?

Hioki Current Probes and Current Sensors need to be used with instruments having 1M-ohm or higher input impedance.
They cannot measure accurately enough with 50-ohm input impedance. The output impedance of the Current Probes and Current Sensors are about 50-ohm, so that the output (measured current) is halved when they are connected to ao instrument with 50-ohm input impedance.
