What is "LC" and "RC" values on the impulse winding tester?

Both "LC" and "RC" are values representing the response waveform when applying an impulse to a motor stator or coil.

LC:  Relative to the period of response waveform
RC:  Relative to the amplitude (atteunation) of response waveform

The ST4030A can judge pass/fail using the LC and RC numerical values, in addition to the waveform area.
