This is a PC application program that will enable users of LCR meter or Impedance Analyzer to download data to a PC via RS-232C, GPIB, USB or LAN interface, save the data as a CSV file or Microsoft Excel file. In analyzer mode, it can automatically create a graph.


NOTE: The USB driver is required for USB communication.
Download and install "HIOKI USB CDC Driver".

Measurement methods

The sample application provides the following five measurement methods:
・Frequency characteristics (measurement while varying the frequency) *3
・Voltage characteristics (measurement while varying the voltage) *3
・Current characteristics (measurement while varying the current) *3
・Time interval measurement (measurement over a user-specified time interval) *5
・"Acquire by pressing ENTER" measurement (one-time measurement) *5

How to install

1.Click [Download] and download the file.
2.Execute the downloaded file to start the installation.
 Note1: .NET Framework 4.0 is required to run this application program.
 If it has not been installed in your PC, the following dialog box will be popped up.
 Click on [Yes], and then go to the download page for NET Framework. Please download and install .NET Framework. Note2: If using this application program with the PC that doesn’t hook up to the Internet, at first, please download .NET Framework 4.0 on the Web page of the Microsoft company with another PC that hooks up o the Internet.
 .NET Framework 4.0 can be downloaded on a page.
3.After installing the .NET Framework, try installing the application program again.
