Hipot tester's control keys do not work. (Automatic Insulation/Withstanding HiTester 3153)
QUsing the model 3153 with a PLC (Programmable logic controller) connected to the external I/O terminals. I’m trying to change the settings, but the STOP key does not work. What is the cause?

Disconnect the external I/O terminals of the 3153 from the PLC (Programmable logic controller) and try to isolate the cause. If the keys work normally after disconnection, the cause may be on the PLC side.
If the key operation does not work with the 3153 alone as well, the cause may be on the 3153 side. Please send the instrument to authorized Hioki distributor or reseller for repair and inspection.
