Things to check before you start using your product
When you open the package, carefully inspect the product to ensure that everything is in good condition, and that no damage occurred during shipping. Carefully check the accessories, panel keys, and connectors. If the product seems to have been damaged or does not work as specified, contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.
Observe the precautionary information to ensure that the product can be used safely and in a manner that allows it to perform as described in its specifications. Use of the product should confirm not only to its specifications, but also to the specifications of all accessories, options, and other equipment in use.
Maintenance and Service
Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or try to repair the product. The internal circuitry of some products carries high voltages that could cause electric shock or fire. For replacement parts and repair, please contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.
Regular calibration is necessary in order to obtain correct measurement results at the defined accuracy. The calibration interval depends on factors such as operating conditions and environment. Please determine the appropriate calibration interval based on your operating conditions and environment and have Hioki calibrate your product accordingly on a regular basis.
Replaceable parts and service life
The performance of some parts used in the product may degrade during the course of extended use. To ensure your ability to use the product into the indefinite future, Hioki recommends regular replacement of these parts. Please contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller when you need replacement. Service life varies with the operating environment and frequency of use. Please note that performance is not necessarily guaranteed for the duration of the recommended replacement cycle.
