Unable to connect to computer via USB (DC Signal Source SS7012)

QI have bought a new DC Signal Source SS7012. I have purchased the optional Communication Package SS9000 and installed the USB driver, but why can't I communicate with my computer?

Please make sure of the following.

1. Please download and install the latest USB driver from our website.

2. Please try a different USB port on your computer.
3. Try changing the USB cable to a different one.
4. Please try another computer. If you happen to have a different SS7012, please try with another one.
5. After installing the USB driver, please restart your PC and try again.
