ST5680 software version upgrade

- If you are unable to download software, please check the following:
- Please register a my HIOKI account and then use it to log in to the my HIOKI service.
- Product firmware (product upgrades) and computer application software can only be downloaded for products you have registered on the my HIOKI service.

○ Latest software is posted. For details on the contents associated with version upgrades, please download the User's Manual “About Software Version Upgrades” from the Support section of our website.
○ Do not perform the following operations during the upgrade. Repair is required.
・ Turn off the main unit.
・ Remove the media.
USB memory stick (USB 2.0) is required to upgrade.
Please confirm the above information before downloading.
The firmware download file is in ZIP format. Save the extracted file to a USB flash drive and upgrade the firmware according to “How to Upgrade”.
Please download “How to Upgrade” for the upgrade procedure.
The “How to Upgrade” describes the preparation and upgrade procedure from downloading to upgrading the main unit.
Specifications
V1.0x firmware cannot be upgraded.
Once the V1.0x firmware is upgraded, the product will no longer start up and cannot be used.
If you are using V1.0x firmware, please contact your local distributor.
If you are using V2.00 firmware, we recommend upgrading to V2.02 firmware.

Bug fixes
Fixed a problem in which startup and measurement could be performed even when the system was initialized with abnormal adjustment values, etc.
Fixed a bug that the actual output voltage could exceed the maximum output value in the specification depending on the test conditions in the STEP mode of the BDV test.
BDV STEP hold time Fixed a bug that could result in low BDV values when setting TRIG.
Fixed a bug that the current display did not show OF when BDV was detected.
Function improvement
Changed the waveform data section length setting and query commands so that they can also be used for W-IR, IR-W, and PROG.
Allows descent time OFF setting by command when contact check function is ON.
Function addition
Added new command “:MONitor?”
Added an argument to the Get Trend, Get Waveform Data command to allow acquisition of multiple types of measurements.
