The difference between the measurement error of Battery HiTester BT3562 and the contact check of Resistance Meter RM3545

QWhen a measurement error occurs on the Battery HiTester BT3562 and when a contact check error occurs on the Resistance Meter RM3545, both displays show "----". Are the contents the same?

Both of them checks the contact failure of the measurement probe, but the check content is different. 
 
Measurement error occurs when the resistance value between H and L of the source terminal (red line in the figure) and the resistance between H and L of the sense terminal (blue line in the figure) exceed the specified values. This resistance value refers to the contact resistance + wiring resistance + resistance of the object to be measured. For example, in the 3 mΩ range, it is about 3 Ω. 
 
Measure the resistance between the source and sense of the A terminal (H side) (red in the figure) and also between the source and sense of the B terminal (L side) (blue in the figure).
The contact check is based on whether the measured values are approximately 50 Ω or more.

The BT3562 measurement error can detect whether the contact failure is on the source side (between H and L) or the sense side (between H and L), but the RM3545 contact check cannot detect it.
On the other hand, the measurement error of BT3562 does not detect whether the contact failure is on the H side (source and sense) or the L side (source and sense), but the contact check of RM3545 can detect it.
