Hioki Broadens the Business Activities of Hioki’s Indian Consolidated Subsidiary

Meeting on March 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of HIOKI INDIA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (HINE), a consolidated subsidiary of HIOKI, resolved to broaden the company’s business activities as described below.
Overview of the Change in Business Activities
HIOKI INDIA ENGINEERING has operated sales support, repair, calibration, and service businesses since its founding in order to expand and strengthen sales and service of HIOKI products in the Indian market. The company is now adding product sales capabilities so that it can also function as a sales subsidiary. Going forward, the consolidated subsidiary HINE will play the lead role in HIOKI’s efforts to expand its customer base so that it can more fully tap into the potential of the India market.

After change: Sales of HIOKI products, measuring instrument repairs, calibration, service, marketing, and sales support
