Dealing with the condensation of PQA
QThe inside of the screen of the Power Quality Analyzer PQ3100 and PQ3198 has condensation (white fogging). What should I do?

If the PQ3100 or PQ3198 is taken outdoors with moisture inside, condensation (white fogging) may occur inside the screen due to the effects of sudden temperature changes caused by external air and sunlight.
Please refrain from using the instrument under the condition of condensation, as it may cause a short circuit or deterioration of the electrical circuits, etc., resulting in product malfunction.
If condensation occurs on the product, leave it in a dry place to remove the condensation before use.
If the instrument has been used in a humid environment, such as in the rain, please leave the product in a dry place for several hours to a day before using it again the next time.
Also, if you are using the product by putting it inside a carrying case, moisture may have accumulated inside the carrying case as well. So please also leave the carrying case in a dry place with the fastener/lid open.
