I’m unable to use USB communications with the LR8431.
QI purchased an LR8431, installed the Logger Utility, and connected the instrument to my computer with a USB cable, but the computer won’t recognize the LR8431.

The LR8431 can use USB flash drives and is set to do so by default when it ships from the factory. To use the Logger Utility, change the USB mode from “USB flash drive” to “USB communications” on the System screen.
