Measure Surface Resistance of Plate Samples with the Weight Electrode SME-8320
Pair the Hioki SME-8320 with a super megohmmeter to measure the surface resistance of plate samples. For large insulation resistance values (greater than 10^10 ohms), effects from surrounding noise or hums (inductance) can cause the inability to measure correctly.
