Failure of DIGITAL PHASE DETECTOR

We have found a possibility of non-conformity on the DIGITAL PHASE DETECTOR PD3259-50 and DIGITAL PHASE DETECTOR/WIRELESS ADAPTER PD3259-90.

1. Non-conformity details
The fluctuation of measurement values becomes bigger, and it may become out of the accuracy or misjudge the phase detection.

2. Subjected products
Models: PD3259-50 and PD3259-90
Subjected period: Manufactured from October, 2024 to July, 2025
Subjected serial number: PD3259-50: From 241001966 to 250704813
                                                     PD3259-90: From 241004598 to 250702837
Products with an alphabet letter as the fifth digit of the serial number are not subject to this issue and can continue to be used.
(Example: 2507A**** or 2507B****)

3. Request for inspection
We would like to offer inspection at free of charge.
If the non-conformity (out of accuracy, misjudge for phase) is confirmed, we will exchange to new product.
Please note that the serial number is changed when exchange to new product.
