Cannot open the data from clamp-on power meter on the SF1001.
QThe SF1001 software cannot open the data measured by the clamp-on power meter after opening it on a PC.

If the data captured by the PW3360 or PW3365 is first opened using Excel, the file format changes when it is overwrite saved as CSV data. In this case, the SF1001 will not able to open such a file, so you will need to recover and re-load the data manually as shown below.
Please note that when the data was first overwrite saved as CSV data, the values are saved with the number of digits displayed, so the effective number of digits will be reduced 3 digits (normal data is 5 or 6 digits).

The header of the overwrite saved data in Excel has many commas after the header contents as shown in the following example of 3169 data.

Open the data using a text editor such as Memopad and delete the unnecessary commas manually, then save the data to reopen using SF1001.
