RM3544 Firmware Update

- If you are unable to download software, please check the following:
- Please register a my HIOKI account and then use it to log in to the my HIOKI service.
- Product firmware (product upgrades) and computer application software can only be downloaded for products you have registered on the my HIOKI service.

○ Latest software is posted. Keep the instruction manual up-to-date.
○ Do not perform the following operations during the upgrade. Repair is required.
・ Turn off the main unit.
・ Unplug the USB cable.
Specifications
・Upgrade version V1.02, V1.03 to V1.04.
Or upgrade the file of version V2.00, V2.01 to V2.02.
・There is no initialization of equipment configuration due to version upgrade.
Also, repeated calibration or inspection due to the upgrade are not required.

V1.03 (December, 2013)
Fixed the following
- Power frequency may not be set correctly when power frequency is set by communication command during measurement operation.
- Trigger application just before the setting is completed may cause malfunctions due to triggering that should be inhibited.
- Auto ranging is forcibly turned off when the comparator is switched from ON to OFF setting.
- Even if the EOM signal of EXT I/O is set to pulse, the EOM signal may not pulse but become hold output during zero adjustment.
- Even if the EOM signal of EXT I/O is set to pulse, the EOM signal is not pulsed but output to hold when measuring with the "READ?" or "INIT" command.
- If an external trigger is applied at the timing of entering the setting screen, measurement cannot be performed for 3 seconds.
- LCD backlight does not turn off automatically when external trigger is set by communication command after 1 minute or more in internal trigger state.
- When the LCD backlight brightness is set to 0, the backlight may become bright when the backlight is automatically turned off.
- Trigger measurement is not performed when "*TRG" command is sent immediately after range setting by communication command.
- When communicating in the state of system error at startup, the screen remains error, but the measurement operates.
- When TRIG signal and KEY_LOCK signal of external I/O are input at the same time, the trigger occurs twice and measurement is performed twice.
- When a large amount of data is sent via RS232C, data may be dropped.
- Error position may not be displayed on the communication monitor when a communication error occurs.
- When a query with seven or more command delimiters is passed as a communication command, the instrument hangs.
- When auto-range is performed with auto-hold ON, the range change may be mistaken.
