Download Procedure
1. After logging-in to my HIOKI, click the [Gennect Download Portal]*.
_{*Gennect Download Portal is a service within Gennect Cloud.
Creating a new my HIOKI account (free) also creates a Gennect Cloud account. 
If you only have a my HIOKI account, please create a Gennect Cloud account (free) from the my HIOKI page.

2. After logging-in to the Gennect Download Portal, click [Download Portal] > [Software] and search for the product you want to download.
