Hioki will soon change email domain name, for the purpose of strengthening group-wide integrated management further. 

From December 8th, 2025, onward, email domain name of all Hioki E.E. Corporation members and Hioki Forest Plaza Corporation members will be changed from the existing “@hioki.co.jp” to the new “@hioki.com” (*1). But there will be no change on usernames (which means left side of “@ (at)” marking) in those email addresses. 

Nevertheless, we can still accept emails sent to the existing email address (which has the “@hioki.co.jp” domain name) until the end of Year 2026, as the transition period. All emails will be forwarded automatically to the new email address (which has the “@hioki.com” domain name) during the transition period, so please rest assured that the existing email addresses can be used as before for the time being.

Moreover, email domain names of overseas subsidiary members will also be changed to the new “@hioki.com” gradually. 
 

(*1) Certain email addresses, such as ones used for customer support and so on, will have the existing “@hioki.co.jp” domain name continuously, even after the above-mentioned domain name change.
