Maintenance Notification and Membership Service Updates
Due to the renewal of the my HIOKI member services, all websites under https://www.hioki.com/ will be unavailable during the following period.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Downtime Schedule:
30th September 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 1st October 2025, 12:00 p.m. (Japan Standard Time)
Starting October 1 (JST), the my HIOKI membership services will be updated as follows:
Product Registration Service
The service will be transferred to our cloud-based platform, the Gennect Download Portal (*1).
*1: Gennect Download Portal: allows you to download documents related to after-sales services for Hioki products. It will be available within Gennect Cloud starting October 1st.
To get started, you’ll need to create a free Gennect Cloud account. After your initial login, your accounts will be linked, allowing you to sign in with your my HIOKI account from the next time onward.
Once the accounts are linked, the product registration data currently stored in my HIOKI will be displayed on the Gennect Download Portal.
Additionally, if you have already registered your products, you will continue to receive version upgrade notifications.
Please note that the membership terms and conditions will also be updated effective 1st October 2025, in line with these service changes.
