BATTERY HiTESTER 3561

Battery Tester for High-Speed Production Line Testing of Small Battery Packs for Mobile Devices

Hioki benchtop battery testers support simultaneous high-speed measurement of internal resistance and battery voltage for the ever-expanding production lines of increasingly larger lithium-ion low resistance batteries, and other battery packs for high voltage applications. The 3561 is a wide range 300 mΩ to 3Ω/20V DC battery internal resistance tester for high-speed production line testing of small secondary batteries.

Key Features

  • High-speed testing for production lines of small battery packs for mobile and portable communications devices
  • Measure internal resistance and battery voltage
  • For process control such as in high-speed automated assembly lines (*1)
  • Measure from 0.01 mΩ to 3.1 Ω
  • Measure from ± 0.1 mV DC to ± 19.9999 V DC
  • *1:The comparison threshold values depend on the battery manufacturer, type, and capacity, and these must be established by the user

Model No. (Order Code)

3561
3561-01 Built in GP-IB interface
Note: Measurement leads are not included. Purchase the appropriate lead option for your application separately. The male (system side) of the EXT I/O connector is also available. Please contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.

Ideal for a diverse array of battery products and testing needs

• Small battery packs for mobile and portable communications devices
• High-speed production line testing of small cells
• High-speed 10ms inspection in the 300mΩ and 3Ω ranges
• Improve inspection efficiency during mass production of compact cells

High-speed interfaces fully prepared for automatic production lines

The fastest 10 ms measurement data can be transferred via the standard RS-232C interface at up to 38,400 bps. (3561-01 includes a GP-IB interface.)

Use the interfaces to control triggering, measurement configuration loading, and zero adjustment from an external source. Output signals provide comparator results, end-of-measurement events, and measurement error information.
