Starting January 1st, 2026, we are pleased to announce the global launch of our online calibration document service. The service will be provided via Gennect Download Portal (*1).

• *1:Gennect Download Portal: Located within the Gennect Cloud, this platform allows users to download documents regarding after-sales services for Hioki products.

Applicable Products

Products eligible for download are those repaired or calibrated by Hioki Headquarters (including new products).
For a list of applicable products, please refer to the Products Eligible for Calibration Document Downloads.

Unavailable Documents

The following calibration documents are not available for download:

• Custom-made calibration documents
• Documents for products with a verification number label instead of a serial number

  Example: "21H000"

• ISO/IEC 17025 (JCSS) calibration certificates

Service Capability Period

Within 5 years from the calibration date

Download Procedure

• 1.Create a "my HIOKI" account, and log-in.
• 2.Register your product information via Gennect Download Portal. (Your Gennect Cloud account will be automatically created when you register for "my HIOKI".)
• 3.Download calibration documents.
