SF9034 is a free PC application that makes it easy to perform equivalent circuit fitting on battery EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) data measured with the BT4560-60 Battery Impedance Meter.Simply select a circuit model; no initial parameter values are required. With an appropriate model, a single run delivers a good fitting result, so you can start analyzing your EIS data right after measurement without any specialized setup.
Key Features
・Simple, single-screen operation: Register files, select a circuit model, preview data (Nyquist/Cole-Cole plots), and run the analysis, all from one screen. After the analysis, the display switches to the results screen automatically.
・Clear results display: The results screen shows a summary along with a Nyquist plot overlaying the measured data and the fitting result. The details screen lets you review statistical indicators, circuit parameters with confidence levels, and residual plots (absolute/relative).
・Support for major data formats: Reads CSV files in HIOKI IM/BT series formats and ZView format.
