ST1005 is a high-accuracy voltage divider that converts high-voltage signals—up to 5 kV rms/7.1 kVpeak—at a 1000:1 ratio. With excellent frequency characteristics from DC to 10 MHz (–3 dB), it delivers a flat response across a wide frequency range. This makes it ideal not only for accurate voltage measurements and waveform observation at surge PD testing, but also for a wide variety of other high-voltage applications.

Most standard measuring instruments cannot directly measure voltages above 1000 V. By using the ST1005, high voltages up to 5 kV rms can be precisely scaled down with a 1000:1 division ratio. This enables safe and accurate measurement of high-voltage signals.
