Hioki Named a “Great Place to Work® Certified Company” in 2022 Great Place to Work® Rankings

Hioki is pleased to announce that on October 1, 2021, it was chosen as as a “Great Place to Work® Certified Company” by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan). The accolade indicates that Hioki has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work® company as a result of its exceptional workplace culture as evaluated by an employee questionnaire.

Hioki has taken a variety of steps to date to improve the workplace environment while boosting employee satisfaction and motivation, reflecting its corporate philosophy of Respect for Humanity and Contribution to Society. These initiatives led to the company’s selection as a “Great Place to Work® Certified Company.” Currently, Hioki is mounting a companywide effort to implement the Vision 2030, which was formulated in 2020, and individual employees are embracing conduct founded on an awareness of the meaning of their own jobs how they relate to the vision. A culture that encourages all employees to take ownership of their jobs as CEOs is serving to improve employee motivation.
Going forward, the Hioki Group will continue to strive to create an environment that maximizes employee performance while fostering new collaboration and to work towards new improvements so that all employees feel a sense of satisfaction and motivation.
The certification covers only Hioki’s Head Office since the company applied to GPTW Japan.
In a separate process, Hioki was also chosen as Best Company in the 2021 Best Place to Work® Japan Rankings in the medium-size category.
