Main Added Functions

1. Power calculation function

When an electric vehicle accelerates or decelerates, the power consumption of the motor fluctuates rapidly. In the past, complex calculation settings were required for the MR6000 Memory HiCORDER in order to record power consumption fluctuations faster than milliseconds. With the addition of the power calculation function, detailed power waveform analysis with simple settings is enabled.

2. Calculation function of motor rotation angle

Rotation angle is one of the effective parameters to check if the motor is effectively controlled. The rotation angle is measured by motor sensors such as resolvers and rotary encoders. With the additional of the motor angle calculation function, rotation angle fluctuation analysis with simple settings is enabled.

3. Upgraded PC application enables analysis of conventional memory HiCORDER data (MR6000 Viewer)

MR6000 Viewer is a PC application software for analyzing measurement data from memory HiCORDERs.
With the addition of this function, recorded data from models other than MR6000 (e.g. MR8847, MR8827, MR8740, MR8741, etc.) can now be analyzed with this upgrade.
Data viewing, FFT analysis, waveform and power calculations, etc. can be performed on a PC.

Customers who are already using these memory HiCORDERS can immediately use this software without any complicated procedures.
