In recent years, Vietnam has enjoyed robust GDP growth of 6–7% and has attracted approximately $30 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) annually, primarily in the manufacturing sector.
Establishing a local after sales service structure in such a rapidly expanding market is a vital initiative for our company. In Vietnam, where significant investment from global companies is continuously increasing, we are committed to providing consistent support from product installation onward, enhancing the value of our electrical measurement solutions, and contributing to the country’s industrial development.

Background

Driven by the China Plus One strategy, manufacturers are accelerating their expansion into Vietnam and shifting production to the country. Consequently, the need for maintenance systems that support stable local operations is growing.
Previously, product issues were handled mainly by overseas locations, including our headquarters in Japan, which resulted in longer response times and increased downtime for customers.
To address this, we established a sales subsidiary in Vietnam in 2025 to expand our presence in the market by building a sales network and strengthening after sales support.
Now, by establishing a direct after sales service system as a manufacturer, we have opened this After Sales Service Center. The center will shorten repair lead times and expedite initial responses to product issues, helping customers minimize downtime and maintain stable operations. Currently, the center supports a limited range of products, but we plan to gradually expand the scope in the future.

Going forward, we will expand the range of repairable products, introduce calibration services, and further enhance our after sales service capabilities. In particular, we aim to establish a calibration system compliant with the international standard ISO 17025 to deliver highly reliable services.
We are also exploring the launch of on-site support services based on customer needs, and will continue to build a prompt and flexible local support system.
