Failure of measurement value of 15MS/S INPUT UNIT U7005

We have found a possibility that the power phase angle measurement may become the out of accuracy specifications on the 15MS/S INPUT UNIT U7005.
As this may affect to the measurement values, we would like to repair the subjected products for free.

Failure
On the U7005, the power phase angle measurement error is occasionally increased when turning on the power, and it may become out of the accuracy specifications at about 20kHz or higher.
However, if it is used with the current sensors (actual use), the measurement error remains within the accuracy specifications of the total accuracy of the U7005 and current sensors even if the failure occurs.
