Specifications
・This software enables the user to obtain measurement data from RESISTANCE HiTESTER RM3542・RM3542A・RM3543 through the RS-232C interface. There are 3 functions, and each function can be applied to save measurement data directly into an Excel spreadsheet or as a CSV file.
・Obtain data by pressing the Enter key on the PC.
・Obtain data via the RM3542, RM3542A and RM3543 External I/O TRIG signal.
・Obtain data at specific time intervals. (logging)
