How to Measure the Temperature of a Motor Shaft
Motor shaft overload is one of the primary reasons for motor failures. One of the symptoms of motor shaft overload is abnormally high temperatures; however, measuring the surface temperature of fast-moving objects such as motor shafts need to be done from a safe distance.
