HIOKI Festival: Encouraging exchanges with local residents
The HIOKI Festival has been held every September since 2000 to encourage deeper interactions with residents of the local community. In addition to planning and implementing the festival, employees serve as hosts on the day of the event, welcoming visitors from the community.
