Maintenance and Service
Repair
Products are equipped with mechanical components such as input/output terminals, interface connectors, switches, adjustment knobs, and buttons. Over extended use, these parts may become loose, deformed, damaged, or contaminated, potentially resulting in poor contact. Continued use under such conditions may lead to measurement errors, short circuits, or unexpected failures. If you observe any of the above conditions or feel that the device is behaving unusually, please request repairs immediately.
Calibration
To confirm that the instrument can measure correctly within its specified accuracy, periodic calibration is essential. Regular calibration makes it possible to identify and correct any deviations in measurement values due to the passage of time, helping maintain measurement accuracy so that you can use the instrument with confidence.
