Flying probe Type
Flying probe type testers feature high-speed capacitance testing as well as IVH and through hole resistance measurement using 4-terminal testing. Testable board types range from large-format as well as high-precision designs.
Flying/Press Integrated Type
These double-sided testers combine flying probe coverage of the high-precision at topside while fixture-based bottom-side testing, delivering high performance at low running costs.
