Before you begin, check the version of the 9725 you are currently using and download the corresponding update file as indicated below.
To check for the version number of your 9725, in the HELP menu, select "About..." to display the Version Information. |

Customers who have upgraded their 9725 using files downloaded from this website may update their application by installing the file corresponding to the ORIGINAL version of your 9725 as indicated below. Update files not corresponding to the original version of your 9725 will not install correctly. Please check your original CD-ROM containing your purchased 9725.
For example, if the original version number of your 9725 MEMORY HiVIEWER was Ver 1.10, and you have since updated it to Ver 1.13 using an update file downloaded from this site, please download "File B" below. Although you may be already be using the Ver 1.13 at this time, attempts to install "File E" will result in an error. If possible, please check the version number indicated on the original CD-ROM containing the software. If the version number of the software application you received in your CD-ROM is Ver1.13, please download "File E".

- When using External Sampling under the 16CH+8x8CH mode and attempting to load only 1 axis from the saved data, it was found that data was switched between channels. (Ver 1.10 to Ver 1.12 only)
- When attempting to load recorder waveform files captured in REC&MEM mode, the application was found to quit unexpectedly.
