• User registration required to upgrade the version. A login name and password to access the download site will be sent to you by e-mail after registration is confirmed.
• To conduct the version upgrade, USB memory stick or HIOKI genuine CF card is required.

2. How to check the version number

  • The version numbers of firmware can be checked by viewing the bottom left portion of the startup window when the 3390 is turned on.
  • When selecting "SYSTEM" screen, the currently running firmware version(s) number will appear.
