Specifications
  1. This is a PC application program that will enable users of Impedance Analyzer to download data to a PC via RS-232C, GPIB, USB or LAN interface, save the data as a CSV file or Microsoft Excel file
  2. This software has 5 measuring functions.
    Frequency Characteristics (By changing Freq)
    Voltage Characteristics (By changing Volt, V/CV Mode)
    Current Characteristics (By changing Cur, CC Mode)
    Time Interval Measurement (By setting up the time interval)
    Loading by Return key (Single Measurement)
  3. This software is for IM3570.
  4. Following cable is required to communicate with PC.
    RS-232C: RS-232C cross cable
    GPIB: GPIB-USB-HS from National Instruments
    USB: USB cable (A-B type)
    LAN: LAN cross cable
How to install:
  1. Click [Download] and download the file.
  2. Execute the downloaded file to start the installation.
    Note1: .NET Framework 4.0 is required to run this application program.
    If it has not been installed in your PC, the following dialog box will be popped up.

    Click on [Yes], and then go to the download page for NET Framework. Please download and install .NET Framework.
    Note2: If using this application program with the PC that doesn’t hook up to the Internet, at first, please download .NET Framework 4.0 on the Web page of the Microsoft company with another PC that hooks up to the Internet. .NET Framework 4.0 can be downloaded on a page.
  3. After installing the .NET Framework, try installing the application program again.

    OS: Windows XP Service Pack 3/ Vista SP1 or later (32bit/64bit)/ 7 (32bit/64bit)
    Library: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
    Interface: RS-232C, GPIB, USB, LAN
    Monitor Resolution:1024×768 or higher
    Hard Disk:At least 5 MB free space
    (Additional space is required for storing recorded data. Another 900 MB may be required if .NET Framework 4 is not yet installed.)
