| The Communication Utility is an application program provided with purchase of the COMMUNICATION BASE 3911-20 or 3912-20 that allows user to set measurement conditions of the HIOKI Data Loggers, as well as load and save measurement data. Graph functions, report printing and other features are also provided. Please refer to the instruction manual for further information. |

*Be sure any previous versions of the Communication Utility for 3911-20 or 3912-20 has been uninstalled before proceeding.
- Decompress the ZIP file using a proper decompression utility or application.
- Check that the following files appear in the unzipped directory:
SETUP.LST, SETUP.EXE, CU39121.CAB, and CU39122.CAB
- Execute SETUP.EXE by double-clicking on the file.
